The 2021-22 Gippsland Lakes Annual Report is now available highlighting key works, achievements and investment into improving the health of the Ramsar Listed Gippsland Lakes.
The easy to read report showcases the projects undertaken across the Gippsland Lakes and catchment during 2021-22 including the government investment of $7.5 million over three years, other government complimentary programs and the volunteer efforts of many people. The successful delivery of these projects is being achieved by fostering cooperation between Traditional Owners, land and waterway managers, community groups, individual landowners and other regional partners.
The report provided a snapshot of works completed over the last financial year. Working together included many volunteer hours and 40 formal partner organisations delivering projects across the Gippsland Lakes. Read more and download the report.
